Hello HANAC Staff

Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this technology survey. I would appreciate it if you could complete this survey by our September 21, 2015 staff meeting.

This survey will address three areas: (1) personal technology skills, (2) technology usage, and (3) technology integration.

My goal is to discover areas in which our staff desires technology training or professional development, identify issues inhibiting technology integration, and generate ideas for how we can provide technology assistance to staff and our students.
